I am a PMP and an IT consultant. I had instructed merely five training for Graspskills training company. I got lucky to get a chance to instruct PMPtraining for Graspskills. I am here to share my experience of working with them, coming across their reviews online, I must say that you always can’t trust everything that is said online.

I have experience delivering a couple of training and to my grace, I have no complaints with the venue, the timings allotted, the arrangements or anything that is essential to deliver a classroom training. I have got the presentation in-hand prior to the training, which allotted time for me to go through it before the workshop began. They always let the trainer mould the learning materials as our comfortability and are also very supportive and helpful.

Reading Graspskills reviews online, I must admit, I never came across any issue regarding the delay of payment or ignorance of call.

"I always believe that learning is an ongoing activity. I am a program manager in my organization. In spite of experience, there was something missing out in my profession. Therefore, I decided to aim for the credential and get certified. I came across Graspskills through their blog page. I went through their page and realised they provide program management professional certification training.

I had enrolled for a classroom training which was a one-day session from one of the certified tutor of Graspskills. I read Graspskills reviews andfeedbacks online and registered my self for the training. I can honestly say that there was no other learning experience as satisfying as with Graspskills Program management professional certification training and the sole reason for my satisfaction with the training program is Vikram sir, the instructor.

Rather than the tutor, I loved the facilities and services at the venue. The timely arrangement of food, tea and coffee. The course fee was very reasonable and easily affordable. Discussion learning during the class, courseware handouts and 24x7 support and assistance via different medium is another best thing to experience. The training was very informative and covered concepts required to pass the exam conducted by PMI. I am confident about passing the certfication examination. The girl called Jenifer contacted me several times saying there were no other professional trainers available to provide classroom training for PMP. The training was well organized and they made the payment just after completion of the training and the day they agreed upon.

I am writing this review as I have read many negative reviews and just because I had a great experience as an instructor at Graspskills, I appreciate their services and would be looking forward to work again.

They provided quality services and facilities on the venue. The support team who have contacted me maintained everything professionally. From dates, venue, food to reimbursement of payment. Each concept of the course material was laid down accurately in the presentation and was satisfactory.
